Internet has made life easier be it conversion of images or graphics or designing of a logo. Earlier children were given arts and drawing classes at schools where they used to draw paintings or drawings on paper. But with the advent of technology children can easily learn drawing by using internet at their homes.
Many times people come across various problems related to low resolution of photos or pictures. With the advancement in science and technology people can easily convert low resolution images into pictures of high resolution this technique is known as Vectorize art. It uses mathematical formulas or basis for creating high resolution photos. This process is termed as Vectorization and also referred as tracing. Graphic designing uses vector images for printing on clothes and paper. Modern printer’s generally have 600 pixels/inch/dot of resolution and use scaling which is not feasible to bitmap images displayed on screen. Vectorize art help in handling such scaling issues. If you want to learn about its process you can write these keywords “convert to vector art” in search engines and find relative information. Various programs are available on internet such as Adobe Illustrator which is mostly used for creating images for media, print and online or web based graphics. Vector images include shapes like squares and circles which are just opposite to other images or bitmap images. These images could be made by using single points. These single points can be further extended and carved into different planes, vertices and shapes. A vector image consists of vector files which can be termed as “objects”. Every object has its own setting or property which may include shape, size and color along with its exact position. Biggest advantage of using these objects is that they could be manipulated or edited easily.
Basically two types of images or graphics are uses on systems one is Bitmap images and another is Vector images. Pixels are generally used to collect or store information in a bitmap image while vector images work on information saved in the form of mathematical equations. Since, bitmap images are composed of small dots these images can not be scaled while vector images are highly scalable. Co-ordinate equations are often used to record shapes, angles and positions. “Convert to vector” art can be learned easily, you just need to brush up some fundamentals of mathematics. Vectorize art helps a person in restoring quality or clarity of the image without making much distortion to the image. A person can easily re structure or enlarge an image by using a program based on vectors. Logos could also be designed by using Vectorize art with the help of few mathematical equations. Users can also select a particular component and can work upon it for enhancing image quality and clarity. Vector files do not occupy much space on your system after these files are fully modified. Gradient switching becomes easier if a person uses this art. Some of the applications which could be used for creating vector images include Coral Draw, Macromedia freehand and Adobe illustrator. There could be some formats which can help a person in identifying vector images like EPS, AI, CDR and PDF. You can easily check vector artwork by enlarging an image to its maximum capacity, if image gets blurred or there is poor resolution than it’s not a vector image.
